Bagna Cauda is a hot dish made of garlic, anchovies, olive oil, where vegetables are dipped.
The best place to taste it is Piemonte region. It is a traditional, Piemontese dish, cooked in a special terracotta pan called “fujot”.
At the end of November, this territory gives life to the Bagna Cauda Days: on 23rd, 24th and 25th November all the passionates will turn on the fire and start a three days kermess.
